This palette is comprised of 9 Eighth-Pans of color enclosed in a tiny travel case, and accompanied by an equally tiny hand-painted color chart. (Eighth-Pans are one quarter the size of Half-Pans and one eighth the size of Full Pans, Quarter-Pans are one half the size of Half-Pans and on quarter the size of Full Pans)
The colors in this palette are the hues most commonly used in calligraphy, and each of these colors functions beautifully in a dip pen. Just mix them with water until they are a creamy consistency, and load onto your dip pen with your paintbrush, as suggested by Lindsey of The Postman's Knock.
